Jonathan Ladson

Runner

Virginia

You can call me Fogell. My journey began as a national taekwondo champion and turned into an amateur boxer who won a 147lb division championship, becoming a constant sparring partner for numerous world champions and Olympians. A boxing injury led me to finding love in this running sport, which I once hated growing up. Now, as a road runner, you can find me chasing podium spots, waking up on random weekends to go after a FKT (Fastest Known Time), or just challenging myself to run any distance that I once thought was impossible.  Occasionally you can find me challenging myself by stepping into the trail running world. I use my running journey as a way to be an inspiration to others, showing them that we are capable of so much more than we think. So, I am constantly motivating and pushing others to step outside their comfort zone to find their own greatness within themselves. While daily motivating others, you will find me trying to add a little joy to people’s lives with my humor and my constant jokes as well.
