Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST generally ship on the same day, but may take up to 2 days for processing. If longer lead times are anticipated, we will contact you. Paid shipments are made by method selected. For orders with Flat Rate shipping or Free Shipping, the carrier may vary. Free shipping may use a US Postal mail service, so please include a PO box if applicable.

We do our best to ensure that the address you enter is valid and we are able to ship to it. However, please ensure the accuracy of your order; you are responsible for additional shipping charges incurred due to incorrect addresses.

Free Shipping

Free Two-Day Shipping applies only to US destinations. It does not extend to international shipping. Receipt of packages within two days is our goal, but it is not a guarantee. If we receive your order by noon, you will receive it two business days later. Orders shipped on Thursdays may arrive Saturday or the following Monday based on FedEx delivery areas; orders shipped on Fridays arrive the following Tuesday; orders received after noon on Friday may not ship until the following Monday for delivery Wednesday.

USA: Orders with a $50 merchandise subtotal are eligible for free shipping to all 50 states. We ship this by best available method which may include US Postal services. Please include your PO Box address if applicable.

Canada: Orders with a $100USD minimum merchandise subtotal are eligible for free shipping. We ship this by best available method which may include postal services. Extended delivery times (up to 8-10 weeks) may apply.

Wholesale Shipping

USA: Orders with a $175 merchandise subtotal are eligible for free shipping to all 50 states. We ship this by best available method which may include US Postal services. Please include your PO Box address if applicable. Orders under $175 are charged a $5 flat-rate fee.

Canada: Orders with a $250USD minimum merchandise subtotal are eligible for free shipping. We ship this by best available method which may include postal services. Extended delivery times (up to 8-10 weeks) may apply. All Canadian wholesale orders are charged a $20USD cross-border fee. Orders below $250USD will have the option to choose from subsidized shipping rates.

Wholesale Syrup Bottles: Orders including wholesale syrup bottles are not eligible for wholesale free shipping. At checkout, you will be provided with subsidized shipping rates to choose from.

International Shipping

Due to changes in payment of VAT in the United Kingdom, we cannot ship orders with a subtotal under 135GBP to addresses in the UK until further notice.

International shipping is available by FedEx International. Quotes can be calculated in your cart or at checkout. International orders may be subject to additional processing and customs delays. International orders may also be subject to additional duties, taxes or fees imposed by the carrier or destination country.

Additional Notes

If you have a shipping address that is outside of the US, import duties and taxes may be applied by your local authority. Local import duties and taxes are levied by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority and may not be included in your shipping price. Where these charges have been prepaid we guarantee no further charges will be levied.

Orders are processed during normal working hours – Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

While we do our best to ensure prompt processing, we cannot be responsible for delays during shipping once the package has left our warehouse. Tracking information is provided on all packages for your convenience.

Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of food items. Gear items may be returned, but you are responsible for shipping. Your account will be credited after we receive the items and have the opportunity to inspect and process them. All returns of gear must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed. They must also be in all original packaging with associated labels. In the event that our error caused an incorrect shipment, please contact us to arrange a return.
