Wow. I drove to Vermont last February and was surprised to see how much northerners loved their maple syrup. But being a super sweet tooth I jumped right in head first and tried anything I could including Maple Milk, special Maple Lattes, and ice cream, and of course I had to bring some syrup home. My Texan family practically did backflips when they tasted this syrup. It was like when we all tasted moonshine for the first time, but better! We kicked Aunt Jemima out the house and cleared room for the Untapped syrups! Our favorite is the dark robust flavor!
