I missed it last year on the MCM course and have been wanting to test it out. Got my samples and tried them out on my long runs and really liked all the flavors!

Love the basic maple Untapped but was skeptical about flavors … they sounded weird. SO glad I tried them! Definitely helps with pallet fatigue when fueling for very long distances and they are absolutely delicious.

I have been using GU and Jelly Beans for my fuel during my longer runs. Untapped was far better, quicker burst and no “gel” consistency. Highly recommend using Untapped over any other fuel when needed.

Easy to open packaging with a great shaped opening to be able to eat without “wearing” the product. Untapped is not too thick so it is not gooey but thick enough that there is consistency that’s easy to control, to eat while moving. I know this isn’t the intended purpose but I used a Coffee Untapped yesterday over my large iced coffee after working outside for 2 hours in the 95°F heat. I don’t normally put sugars or creamers of any kind in my coffee…. but let me tell you this was delicious, refreshing and just what my body needed to recharge after all that work in the yard. Thanks for the sample pack Untapped….I think I will be ordering more on my dime!

The coffee infused tasted good. Used on mile 8 and had a little tummy rumbling from mile 10-12, but that was probably just my gut adjusting as I’ve never used gels or fuels before. I like the shape and I like the ease of opening.
