A gingery taste treat!
As someone who is sensitive to, cannot tolerate the sugars used in traditional sports drinks I was on the search for something that could help supply calories and electrolytes as well as hydration. I also love ginger so this seemed like a great combination.
I have experimented a bit with the ratio (trying to bump up calorie intake) but have settled on the recommended ratio as being both palatable and meeting my nutrition and hydration needs.
It has a definitive ginger bite, perfect for fans of this rhizome/root. The ginger and maple complement each other well.

Fuel Perfection!
I am huge ginger fan so when I discovered this sea salt, maple and ginger aka Ginger Mapleaid I was hoping I’d like it. LOVE it, the taste is great and I use it on long runs and bike rides. My favorite thing is that it’s all natural ingredients.
