This balances a stronger maple flavor with smoothness that compliments many foods and is great as an all-around sweetener. Dark/Robust grade syrup is the darkest in color and strongest flavor from Slopeside. This syrup is best when you need an extra strong maple flavor in baking.

I bought and tried a bottle to add to an existing order. Saturday mornings are not complete without homemade sourdough pancakes and the amber/rich pure maple syrup is the perfect compliment. My wife just loves it.

Best maple syrup I have tasted. I particularly like the Golden Delicate. We use it in our vegan cooking and also on cereal and other breakfast options.

Delicious syrup!! Well packaged for shipping! Learned about this watching the winter Olympics and will never buy a different syrup. All three varieties are awesome, but the dark is my favorite.
