  5. I <3 Untapped! It has been my "gel" of choice as a woodchuck. I bought a case ahead of several running events this summer. It definitely got me through the Brooklyn Half with record heat and humidity. In that race, I tried a traditional gel for the first time…race photographers documents my unfiltered reaction…which was not the joy that it would have been if it were Untapped!
